So I was excited to come across Chito Gvrito on restaurant, new "Around the World" country, and two words: KHACHAPURI AJARULI!  Khachapuri Adjaruli: Open-faced Georgian cheese bread, baked egg, cultured butter It's hard to go wrong with melted cheese and bread. This is my 4th time having this dish (twice at restaurants and once baked by yours truly!), and this wasn't my favorite version of it. But my feeling is...if you ever see this on a menu, GET IT!
