Quarantine Eats: Harissa Eggs with Hummus on Naan

Ingredients
1 naan flatbread, warm or toasted
1/ 4 cup hummus
3 tablespoons harissa
2 eggs, fried to taste
Avocado
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
1 - Slather a layer hummus on to a warm flatbread. Add harissa and use the back of a spoon to swirl them together.

2 - Fry two eggs to your liking and layer on top of hummus and harissa. Add slices of avocado. Serve immediately.
