Quarantine Eats: Corn Soufflé

Ingredients
1 stick of margarine
1 cup sour cream
1 egg
1 can whole corn (approx 15 oz.)
1 can creamed corn (approx 15 oz.)
1 package Jiffy corn muffin mix

Directions
Mix all together ingredients together (muffin mix last), and pour into greased 2 qt. casserole.  Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour until mixture is set and golden brown on top.
