1.5 cups of fresh blueberries
Follow instructions on boxed pancake mix, making a 1.5x batch.
Preheat oven to 325°F. Coat a 10-inch (12-cup) bundt pan with cooking spray. Place blueberries evenly around the bottom of the bundt pan. Pour in pancake batter. Bake for approx 30 minutes. The top should be golden brown, the edges should pull away from the pan. And a toothpick should come out clean. Carefully flip over onto large plate or platter. Dust with powdered sugar and syrup.
