Pollo al Pote: Chicken sautéed with vegetables
Not sure how authentically Spanish this is, but it was a really good dish. The chicken was very tender, and the sauce has a great flavor - GET IT
Pollo al Jefe: Chicken breast with the chef's wine sauce and mushrooms
Same as above, but also really good, with a nice variety of vegetables - GET IT
Gambas al Ajillo: Shrimp marinated in garlic
A little different than the gambas I've had in Spain, but very tasty. And all that bread was perfect for soaking up the garlicky sauce - GET IT
Queso Manchego: Spanish manchego cheese with Spanish olives
Guess I was expecting it to include more of the standard cheese board accoutrements...a few nuts, some preserves, etc. But 8 slices of manchego plus a few Spanish olives was not very exciting or worth the $13 price tag - FORGET IT
