I'm off to Park City, UT for a long weekend. I'm really excited, except for one minor detail - I don't really ski. Hopefully that will all change within the next 48 hours! If the skiing thing doesn't work out though, I'll have to get back in my comfort zone. I've heard that there are some incredible restaurants in Park City.
